Document Output Management Rules (tccom6170m000)

Use this session to:

  • Specify for a combination of document type and recipient type, and a recipient or set of recipients, how a document must be processed.
  • Specify the destination types (e-mail, fax or print) that apply to the recipients.
  • Store the address information, such as e-mail address or fax number.
  • Print a report with an overview of recipients per document type.

 

Recipient Type

One of the following:

  • Employee
  • Business Partner
  • Contact
Recipient
The code of the recipient, selected from the appropriate session.
Recipient TypeSession
Employee-Employees - People (bpmdm0101m000)
Business Partner-Contacts (tccom4540m000) (primary contact)
Contact-Contacts (tccom4540m000)

 

The name or description of the recipient.
Recipient Set
A set of employees, contacts, or business partners selected from the Recipients Sets (tccom6140m000) session.
Document Type
A document type selected from the Document Types (ttrpi2510m000) session.
Print
If the line applies to a single recipient, you can enable this destination type.
Mail
If the line applies to a single recipient, you can enable this destination type.
E-mail Address from Master Data
If this check box is selected, the e-mail address from Master Data is used.
E-mail
If E-mail Address from Master Data is cleared, a manually entered e-mail address. Otherwise, the recipient's default e-mail address is used.
Distribution List
A list selected from the Distribution List (tccom6160m000) session.
Fax
If the line applies to a single recipient, you can enable this destination type.
Fax From Master Data
If this check box is selected, the fax number from Master Data is used.
Fax Number
If Fax From Master Data is cleared, a manually entered fax number. Otherwise, the the recipient's default fax number is used.
Blocked
If this check box is selected, this combination of document type and recipient or recipient set will not be used.
Note

Selecting this check box does not affect a recipient or recipient set itself, nor any of the recipients within a set.

Custom
If the line applies to a single recipient, you can enable this destination type.
Custom Destination Type
If Custom is selected, you can select a custom destination type from the Custom Destination Types (ttrpi2554m000) session.
Custom Address
If Custom is selected, a manually entered address.
Last Modification Date
The date when the recipient line was last modified.
Last Modified by
The user who last modified the recipient line.
