Contact Name Details (tccom4140s100)Use this session to view and maintain a contact's name details. Name details are automatically generated when a Full Name is specified in the Contact (tccom1640m000) session. If your company uses name components and a full name is not correctly split, you can change the name details.
Contact The person with whom you discuss business transactions. For
example, you address questions, quotations, and follow-up calls, direct mail,
and promotional gifts to the contact. The contact's data include the name,
telephone number, e-mail address, and other details. Full Name The contact's first, middle, and last name. First Name The contact's first name. Middle Name The contact's middle name. Last Name The contact's last name. Suffix Any character behind the last name. Initials The contact's initials, which are generated based on the value
of the Initials Based On field in the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session. Search Key The contact's search key. Default value The first 16 characters of the Last Name field. Given Name The name by which the contact is known. Default value This name is defaulted from the First Name field.
