Employees (tccom0501m000)Use this session to select employees as recipients for an e-mail in the Recipients (tccom6600m900) session. Note An employee can only be a recipient in the Email (tccom6600m500) session, if the employee's e-mail address is specified in this session. If you double-click a record, the Employee 360 (bpmdm0101m100) session is started.
Employee The employee's code. Name The employee's name. E-mail The employee's e-mail address. Department The employee's department. Job Title The employee's job title. Office Phone The employee's telephone number at the business
address. Language The employee's language. Gender The employee's gender. User The logon code assigned to the employee in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session. Search Key The employee's search key. Given Name The employee's first name. Middle Name The employee's middle name. Last Name The employee's last name. Labor Rate The employee's labor rate which you can use to specify the sales rate and the cost rate of
the employee's labor. Cost Component The cost component assigned to the employee. Calendar Code The calendar that specifies
the employee's availability. Address The employee's address. Civil Status The employee's marital status. Date of Birth The employee's date of birth. Fiscal Number A social security number that is issued to persons who are
employed. It is used by fiscal authorities for tracking the financial
transactions of employees. Bank Account The employee's bank account number. Telephone 2 The employee's alternative telephone number at the business
address. Mobile Phone The employee's mobile phone number. Fax The employee's fax number. Messenger Type The type of messenger the employee uses. Electronic Messenger Address The employee's messenger ID for the selected messenger
type. Working Time Schedule A schedule used to define the number of working hours per day
and distribute these hours according to different labor types. As a result,
different labor rates can be used for regular time and overtime. Employment The number of regular hours that an employee works per defined
period. Note The time span depends on the period table code defined in the People Parameters (bpmdm0100m000) session. The employment hours amount is used in the following sessions in the Hours and Expenses module:
The unit in which employment is
expressed. Employee Type First Date of Employment Also known as hire date, the date on which
the employee joins the organization. Last Date of Employment Also known as termination date, the date
on which the employee leaves the organization.
