Recurrences (tcccp0143m000)

Use this session to define a recurrence.

Recurrence
The recurrence's code.
Description
The recurrence's description.
Recurrence Start Date
The date from which the recurrence defines dates.

Related topics

End Mode
Specifies the method to define up to which moment this recurrence defines dates.

To define an end date up to which this recurrence defines dates, select End by.

To define the number of repetitions for this recurrence, select End after.

Recurrence End Date
The date up to which the recurrence defines dates.

Related topics

Number of Occurrences
The number of times this recurrence defines dates.
Rolling
If this check box is selected, this recurrence is a rolling recurrence. In a rolling recurrence, the values of the Recurrence Start Date field and the Recurrence End Date field are occasionally moved to the future.

The Interval(s) field determines how often the recurrence is rolled, and by what interval it is rolled.

Related topics

Interval(s)
The number of base periods after which the recurrence start date and recurrence end date are rolled forward. The recurrence is rolled forward by the same number of intervals.

For example, if the base period or Recurrence Type is Monthly, and the Roll after field (also called the Interval(s) field) is 3, every time 3 months have passed, the recurrence is rolled by 3 months.

Reference Date
The date when the recurrence was last rolled.
Recurrence Type
The base period on which the recurrence frequency is defined. This field can be Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, or Daily.
Note

If, for example, the Recurrence Type is Weekly, the recurrence does not necessarily occur on a weekly basis. The basis can also be defined as biweekly, every three weeks, and so on.

Frequency
The number of days, weeks, months, or years, after which the pattern repeats itself.
