Order Specific Test Procedures (qmptc0149m000)Use this session to list, modify, or delete order-specific inspections. This session displays the numbers of the orders in other LN modules for which a quality combination and/or order-specific inspection data exists. You can also enter new order-specific data manually for orders without a quality combination. If a quality combination for an origin/item combination exists, the order-specific inspection data is by default filled by the quality combination data. If you select Order Specific Inspection Data from the appropriate menu, you can display or maintain the inspection data for the origin orders. Note You can only make order-specific inspections if you select one or more Order-Specific Inspection Data check boxes in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session. These parameters indicate, per origin, whether or not order-specific inspection data can be defined for a specific origin order.
Origin An integrated module or package to which an (inspection) order
is related. Order The order number of the order for which inspection is needed. Position The position number on the order to which the inspection order
is linked. This can be the position number of the sales order line, the
position number of the purchase order line, or the position number in the
BOM. Operation One of a series of steps in a routing that are carried out
successively to produce an item. The following data is collected during a routing operation:
This data is used to compute order lead times, to plan production orders and to calculate standard cost. A quality inspection must take place, during or after this operation. QM Only Recommends This field is used to indicate what can be done with the
inspection results. Allowed values
Note This field overrules the value of the QM OnlyRecommends field in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session. Blocking Method for Inspections The blocking method refers to the way in which production,
purchase, or sales, is stopped or controlled in order to carry out inspections.
