Addresses - Freight Management (fmfmd0110m000)Use this session to view and maintain freight related data for addresses. Freight related address data include lead times and load/unload time tolerances. Address lead times and load/unload date tolerances are used in transport lead time calculations carried out from originating orders and in load building. Lead times Lead times include loading and unloading times, and waiting times for loading and unloading. Waiting time is the time the carriers must wait until they can start loading or unloading. Load/unload date tolerances Default load/unload date tolerances are the number of hours or days the carrier can deviate from the planned load or unload date. For both the planned load and the planned unload date, you can define an upper and a lower limit. In this way, you can specify how much time before and after the planned date loading and unloading is allowed. The upper and the lower limits are displayed in the following fields in the Freight Orders (fmfoc2100m000) session:
This data is used in freight order grouping and load building. The addresses maintained in this session originate from Common.
Address Area If the address belongs to an area, select the area to
which the address belongs. Shipment Procedure The shipment procedure that must be carried out for
shipments that are handled at the current address. Time for Loading The time required for loading at the current
address. Time for Unloading The time required for unloading at the current
address. Latest Load Date The time limit following a freight order's planned load
date/time by which you can exceed the planned load date/time. The time limit is
expressed in user-definable time units. Latest Unload Date The time limit following a freight order's planned unload
date/time that you can exceed the planned unload date/time. The time limit is
expressed in user-definable time units. Earliest Load Date The time limit prior to a freight order's planned load
date/time by which you can exceed the planned load date/time. The time limit is
expressed in user definable time units. Earliest Unload Date The time limit prior to a freight order's planned unload
date/time that you can exceed the planned unload date/time. The time limit is
expressed in user-definable time units. Use Tolerances If this check box is selected, the tolerances defined in this session are
used for the current address. If this check box is cleared, the tolerances defined in the Freight Order Control Parameters (fmfoc0100m000) session are used for the current
address. Loading During Calendar Time Window If this check box is selected, loading can take place during the opening
hours of the address according to the calendar of the address. If you use this
option, the Latest load date/time tolerance field and the Earliest load date/time tolerance field are
disabled. Unloading During Calendar Time Window If this check box is selected, unloading can take place during the opening
hours of the address according to the calendar of the address. If you select
this option, the Latest unload date/time tolerance field and the Earliest unload date/time tolerance fields are
