Reviewers List (dmdoc2530m000)

Use this session to view the reviewer's list. A default reviewers list is created at the company level by the chairperson in the Change Committee (dmcom0127m000) session.

For document management, you can only use the committee that has a value of both or document management in the reviews field of the Change Committee (dmcom0127m000) session.

If you create or modify a document type, the chairperson can assign some or all of the reviewers of a committee to work on the document type.

If you create a document of this type, by default, all these document-type-specific reviewers become part of the document. From the Documents session, the chairperson can select some or all of the reviewers from the reviewers list and prepare the final set of reviewers who take part in the review process.

 

Committee
The ID of the committee.
Committee
The description or name of the code.
Document
The ID of the document which is reviewed by the committee.

Type
The type of document undergoing review.
Type
The description or name of the code.
Revision
The revision of document undergoing the review.
Reviewer
The reviewers of the specific committee.
Description
The description or name of the code.
Document Type Specific
Selecting or clearing this check box enables you to select specific reviewers from the committee to work on the chosen document or document type.
Sequence Number
The sequence in which the reviewers must carry out the reviews on the document. This value is applicable only for the fixed reviewers mechanism.
Note

You can select sequence number at the time of creating document.

Start Date
The start date for the review by the reviewer.
Due Date
The due date by which the reviewer must complete the review.
Notification by E-mail
If this check box is selected, this signifies the completion of a review by a reviewer.

Note

To receive an e-mail message, the reviewer's e-mail address must be specified in the Employees - People (bpmdm0101m000) session.

 

Document Type Reviewers
If this check box is selected, the reviewer is restricted to work only on the documents of the type to which the reviewer is assigned.
Document Reviewers
If this check box is selected, the records are filtered to show only the reviewers authorized to work on the current document.
All Reviewers
Select to display all reviewers of the committee.
Next Revision
Select to display the next revision details.
Previous Revision
Select to display the previous revision details.
