Enter the source vault area. Click the browse arrow and select
the source vault area from the Areas (dmdoc5120m000) session.
Archive Files (dmdoc0200m000)Use this session to archive the vaulted files from one vault area to another vault area based on specified range of dates. If the All Files check box is selected, all the files are archived irrespective of the dates. Only authorized users can archive the files.
Source Vault Area Enter the source vault area. Click the browse arrow and select
the source vault area from the Areas (dmdoc5120m000) session. Target Vault Area Enter the target vault area. Click the browse arrow and select
the target vault area from the Areas (dmdoc5120m000) session. From Date The From and To fields define a range of: date and time. To Date The From and To fields define a range of: date and time. All Files If this check box is selected, all files are moved from the source vault
area to the target vault area. Note If this check box is selected, the selection range is unavailable. Print Error Report If this check box is selected, an error report is printed. Document Type The From and To fields define a range of: document types that must be archived from
one vault area to another vault area. Document The From and To fields define a range of: documents that must be archived from one vault area to another vault area. Originator The From and To fields define a range of: originators that must be archived from one vault area to another vault area.
Archive Starts the process to archive the files from one vault area to another vault area based on the values
specified in the range fields.
