Impiegato A code that identifies the employee. Nome The name of the employee. Sostituto The deputy of the employee. Nota The employee that you select in this field will get all work items distributed that normally would have been assigned to the employee mentioned in the Impiegato field. Only if the employee that you select in this field has the proper roles, he/she can carry out the work items that are distributed to him/her. Reparto The department the employee works for. Indirizzo e-mail The E-mail address of the employee. Numero telefono The phone number of the employee. Numero fax The fax number of the employee. Impiego ( ) The percentage indicates the total working hours of the employee. Nota The percentage that is specified refers to the employee's working hours per day. It is used by Workflow to distribute the workload evenly among the employees by taking their respective working hours into consideration. Data The date when the last changes were made to this session. Ora The time when the last changes were made to this session. Utente The user who made the last changes in this session. User The name of the user who made the last changes in this session. Substitute The name of the employee's deputy. Data di assunzione The date when the employee started to work for
