User Data (ttaad2500m000)

Use this session to list the Infor LN users, which you can maintain or display in the User Data (ttams1100s000) session.

Click Conversion des modifications en dictionnaire de données runtime on the Vues, Références ou Actions, to create or change the user file. The user file u<user name> is located in the $BSE\lib\user directory.

To make sure that the Infor LN user can use information from a database, click Convert Infor LN users to Database Users on the Vues, Références ou Actions menu to give the user the proper authorizations.

You must restart Tools to make the changes effective.

If you delete a record with user data, all user data in the sessions linked to that user are removed as well. If you change a user from super user to normal user, all authorizations will be deleted.

If you have started this session by zooming, you can only find and select a record.

Utilisateur
Specifies a user code to identify the user as an Infor LN user.

The Tools user code is normally similar to the user code defined in the Code d'accès système field. However, it is possible to define more than one Tools user for only one system login.

When a user starts the bshell, by default the system starts with the Tools User code that is equal to the system login code. It is possible to start the bshell with a different Tools user code by setting the environment variable "USER".

If the user with the system login dave starts the bshell, by default he will be user dave in Tools. The user dave may fill the environment variable USER with dave_01 or dave_02, to start with another Tools User.

If the user with the system login dave sets the environment variable USER to john or john_01 and tries to start the bshell, he will get the message: Not authorized to run as user john. In the same way, Unix user john may only start the bshell with Tools User john or john_01 but not with dave, dave_01 or dave_02.

Specifies the name of the person that must be made a Infor LN user.
Type d'utilisateur
Specifies the user type of the Infor LN user.
Combinaison d'applications
Specifies the package combination that is used to link the user to a version of Tools.
Société
Specifies the default company for the Infor LN user. The user will work with data from that company.
Remarque

If the user is a normal user, the company authorization for the entered company will be automatically generated.

Langue
The code of the Software Language in which the user starts up the application.
Langue de données
The code of the Data Language of the user.
