Employees (tgbrg8135m000)Cette session permet create and maintain employees.
Employé A code that identifies the employee. Nom The name of the employee. Remplaçant The deputy of the employee. Remarque The employee that you select in this field will get all work items distributed that normally would have been assigned to the employee mentioned in the Employé field. Only if the employee that you select in this field has the proper roles, he/she can carry out the work items that are distributed to him/her. Département The department the employee works for. Adresse e-mail The E-mail address of the employee. Numéro de téléphone The phone number of the employee. Numéro de fax The fax number of the employee. Emploi (%) The percentage indicates the total working hours of the employee. Remarque The percentage that is specified refers to the employee's working hours per day. It is used by Workflow to distribute the workload evenly among the employees by taking their respective working hours into consideration. Date The date when the last changes were made to this session. Temps The time when the last changes were made to this session. Utilisateur The user who made the last changes in this session. User The name of the user who made the last changes in this session. Substitute The name of the employee's deputy. Date d'embauche The date when the employee started to work for
the organization. Date de départ The date when the employee finished working
for the organization. Remarque After this date the employee can no longer be linked to any model item. Non employé Si cette case est cochée, the employee no longer works for
the organization, or is not yet employed. Utilisateur ERP A person who is authorized to log on to the Infor LN applications, and
for whom data such as a startup menu, an operational language, and roles
(authorizations) is defined. Remarque A ERP user can be linked to only one employee. ERP User The user's full name.
Paramètres DEM des utilisateurs ERP If you click this button (or command), the Paramètres DEM des utilisateurs (tgbrg8136m000) session is started, which you can use to tune the
process browser settings for the selected employee. Interface utilisateur employé If you click this button (or command), the startup program of
the selected employee is started. The startup program is selected in the Données utilisateur (ttams1100s000) session. Rôles par employé If you click this button (or command), the Rôles par employé (tgbrg8122m000) session is started, which you can use to link one or
more roles to the selected employee. Explorateur d'employés If you click this button (or command), the Explorateur d'autorisations (tgbrg8124m000) session is started, which graphically displays
the selected employee and optionally the roles, employee groups, and business
processes to which he/she is linked. If you do not select an employee, all
employees are displayed. Groupes d'employés par employé If you click this button (or command), the Groupes d'employés par employé (tgbrg8161m000) session is started, which you can use to link
one or more employee groups to the selected employee. Rôles par employé (ds ttes les versions) If you click this button (or command), the Rôles par employé (dans toutes les versions) (tgbrg8123m000) session is started, which you can
use to link a one or more roles to an employee in any version.
