Remarque Roles that are linked to a process are inherited at lower levels, such as activities and nested processes (See the Type d'activité field in the Activités des processus (tgbrg5122s000) session). If you do not want a role to apply to a particular activity or nested process, you must exclude it for that activity or process (See the Exclu field in the Rôle par propriétés d'activité de processus (tgbrg3150s000) session).
Type de modèle Modèle métier A model that represents the organization. There are two types of business models:
Business Model The description or name of the business model. Version A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as
the customer, owner, and effective date. Version The description or name of the version. Processus A set of one or more activities and states that collectively
realize a business objective. Business Process The description or name of the business process. Rôle In DEM a role is a set of specific qualifications and/or skills
that an employee must have to be authorized to carry out a business process,
activity, or subapplication. Description The description or name of the role. Autorisation The level of authorization an employee with this role has to carry out the activities of application
type in the business process. Remarque If you leave this field empty, the Full Authorization applies. Exclu Si cette case est cochée, the role is excluded from the business process.
Both role A and B authorize employees to use business process BP001 If role A is excluded, employee D. Jones is no longer able to carry out business process BP001. However, employee T. Smith can still use business process BP001, as he has role B as well.
