To create LN users - details

To create LN user accounts, take the following steps:

Fase 1. Define the basic user data
  1. Start the User Data (ttaad2500m000) overview session.
  2. On the toolbar, click New to create a new user account. The User Data (ttams1100s000) details session starts.

  3. Enter the required user data. Note: With the Datos de usuarios (ttams1100s000) session, you can link the individual LN user to the templates and roles that are applicable for the user’s function.

    • Open the Opciones predeterminadas tab to enter the templates to which you want to link the user.
    • Open the Permisos tab to enter the roles to which you want to link the user.
    • Open the Address Book tab to enter the user’s address data for the LN eMessage connector.

  4. Click Save and click Close to return to the Datos de usuarios (ttaad2500m000) overview session.
Fase 2. Convert the changes to the runtime data dictionary

  1. On the Vistas, Referencias o Acciones menu in the Datos de usuarios (ttaad2500m000) session, click Convertir cambios a DD ejecutable. The Convertir cambios a DD ejecutable (ttams2200m000) session starts.
  2. Enter the required data in the Convertir cambios a DD ejecutable (ttams2200m000) session. Refer to the session help for details.
  3. Click Convertir to convert the user data to LN ’s run-time data dictionary.
  4. Click Close when the conversion process is complete to exit the Convertir cambios a DD ejecutable (ttams2200m000) session. The Datos de usuarios (ttaad2500m000) overview session reappears.
  5. Close the Datos de usuarios (ttaad2500m000) session.
Fase 3. Create database user

To give a user access to the database it is needed to create a database user with session Convertir usuario de ERP a usuario de base de datos (ttdba0915m000)
