	Default Devices by User (whwmd1545m000) Use this session to specify the default printers for process sessions, print sessions, or reports for a user account. To add a session for which to select a default output device, click and select the relevant session. For these sessions and reports, the default printer specified in this session for the logged in user is used to print the reports. If the print or process session is defined as an automatic activity of a warehousing procedure, LN automatically starts the specified default printer to print the documents while the procedure is carried out. If you do not define a default printer for a particular session, the printer used to print the documents is determined as follows: Is a printer specified for the zone of the staging location from which the goods are shipped? If yes, this printer prints the documents. If no, step 2. You can specify a printer for a zone in the Warehouse - Storage Zones (whwmd3110s000) session. Is a printer specified for the activity in the Activities by Procedure (whinh0106m000) session? If yes, this printer prints the documents. If no, you must select a printer from a dialog box. Note For the default printers defined in this session, the Warehouse - Storage Zones (whwmd3110s000) session, and the Activities by Procedure (whinh0106m000) session to be effective, you must clear the Use Specific Device Selection check box in the User Profiles (whwmd1540m000) session and select the Print to predefined Device check box in the relevant print or process sessions. Otherwise, you must select a printer from a dialog box. User The user account for which you specify default output devices for process sessions. Session The session for which you specify a default output device. Note The default output device defined for the Inventory Movement (whinr1250m000) session is also used as the default output device for the Process Inventory Ownership Change Orders (whinh1200m000) and Generate Time Based Ownership Change Orders (whinh1200m100) sessions. Report The report for which you specify a default output device. Default Devices The default output device for the session or the report. Print User Profiles Starts the Print User Profiles (whwmd1440m000) session.
