Shipment Line Stock Point Details History (whinh4553m000)

Use this session to view the history of the serial numbers of the serialized items to be shipped.

 

Shipment Line

All goods that are transported to a specific address on a specific date and time by using a specific route. An identifiable part of a load.

Position Number

An individual line of detail in a shipment.

Effectivity Unit

The effectivity unit of the item.

Lot

The lot code of the shipped item.

Inventory Date

The inventory date.

Serial Number

The unique identification of a single physical item. LN uses a mask to generate the serial number. The serial number can consist of multiple data segments that represent, for example, a date, model and color information, sequence number, and so on.

Serial numbers can be generated for items and for tools.

Transaction Date

The date on which the order is changed and/or written to the history file. For each change, LN inserts a new line and a new transaction date. This applies to any type of order.

Among other things, the transaction date is important for:

  • Scheduling
  • Statistics
  • Determining due dates and currency exchange rates
History Status

The shipment line serial's history status.

User

The logon code of the person who last modified the shipment.

Name

The name of the person who last modified the shipment.

Staged Quantity

The staged quantity for the specific stockpoint expressed in the inventory unit.

Shipped Quantity

The shipped quantity expressed in the inventory unit.

To Split Quantity

The quantity for the current shipment line and owner that must be moved to another shipment., expressed in the inventory unit.

Split

If this check box is selected, the serialized item with this serial number is moved to a new shipment line.

If this check box is cleared, the serialized item with this serial number is not moved to a new shipment line.

Rejected

If this check box is selected, the item with this serial number is rejected during inspection.
