LN Infor Support Assistant Collector (ttaad0580m000)

Use this session to generate a shell script or batch file to collect data for the Infor Support Assistant (ISA). The script or file contains full path names to the software environment for incident resolution and/or monitoring and updating your software environment. Full path names are required to be able to collect the correct information to run the Infor Support Assistant (ISA) successfully. ISA accepts only a shell script or batch file for running the collector.

The shell script or batch file gathers information about:

  • The Hardware your Infor product is running on
  • Configuration information of the intalled Infor software

The collector does not collect any business sensitive information such as business transactions, user names, or passwords.

Run the collector on a regular basis or “on Demand”. The process to instruct ISA where and how to start the collector is called registering. Specify the correct information in the fields of this session.
