Selection Range Activity Origin The From and To fields define a range of: the origin of the activities for which workload leveling is performed. Allowed values Group Set The From and To fields define a range of: the group sets for which workload leveling is performed. Note This field is applicable only if activity origin range is specified in the Activity Origin field for the same origin. Planned Start Time The From and To fields define a range of: planned start time. All group sets with a planned start time within the specified range, are selected. Planned Finish Time The From and To fields define a range of: planned finish time. All group sets with a planned finish time within the specified range, are selected. Options Simulate If this check box is selected, LN runs the plan process in simulation mode. The results are not saved to the database. This process enables you to review the results before planning the selected groups and activity sets.. Plan Forward The options to determine the planning of groups in the group sets that are workload leveled. Allowed values Date/Time The start date and time of the groups to be planned. Note This field is applicable only if Plan Forward is set to From Specified Time. Automatically Freeze Activity Set If this check box is selected, LN freezes the activity sets after the activity sets are planned. Freeze Activity Set When Start Before If this check box is selected, all activity sets that start before this date are frozen after planning. Note This field is applicable only if Automatically Freeze Activity Set check box is selected. Automatically Firm Plan Activities If this check box is selected, LN sets the activity of the group planning, to Firm Planned. Note If the status of the original service order activity or work order activity is equal to or higher than the status specified in the Firm Plan FromService Order Status field, LN sets the status of the activity of the group planning, to Firm Planned. An activity is set to firm planned only when the planning process is executed successfully. Firm Plan FromService Order Status All activities with a status equal to or higher the specified status are, firm planned after planning. Allowed values Note This field is enabled only if the Activity Origin is set to Service Order and Automatically Firm Plan Activities check box is selected. Firm Plan FromWork Order Status All activities with a status equal to or higher the specified status are, firm planned after planning. Allowed values Note This field is enabled only if the Activity Origin is set to Work Order and Automatically Firm Plan Activities check box is selected. Firm Plan FromPlanned Activity Status All activities with a status equal to or higher the specified status, are firm planned after planning. Allowed values Note This field is enabled only if the Activity Origin is set to Planned Activity and Automatically Firm Plan Activities check box is selected. Process Report If this check box is selected, LN generates process report. Error Report If this check box is selected, LN generates error report. This report contains details of all warnings and errors that occur during the process.
