	Groups for Planned Activities (tsspc3100m200) Use this session to view and modify group planning data for planned activities. Start Date Groups The start date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a start date later than the specified date. Finish Date Groups The finish date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a finish date earlier than the specified date. Assigned Resource The resources assigned to the specified group. Assigned resources are copied from group planning to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity. Group The unique ID of the group. Check Resources for Skills If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for planned activities based on skills. Check Resources for Attribute Values If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for planned activities based on attribute values. Check Resources for Availability If this check box is selected, LN checks availability of resources for planned Activities. Minimum Availability Percentage The minimum availability percentage of the resource for the allocation. Group Status The least possible status of all the activities in the group. Maximum Planned Activity Status The highest possible status of planned activity that is assigned to the group. Frozen If this check box is selected, the group is frozen and you cannot add new groups to the existing groups. Firm Planned If this check box is selected, the group is firm planned and you cannot change the start and finish date of the group. Sort Method The sorting method for planned activities in an activity set. Allowed values Sort Method Note If group is not part of a group set, the value in this field is defaulted from Sort Method (planned activity) specified in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session. Keep Sequence of Activity Sets If this check box is selected, LN does not change the sequence of the activity sets when the specified group is planned. Planned Start Time The start date and time of the first activity set in the specified group. Planned Finish Time The finish date and time of the last activity set in the specified group. Plan Method The method to plan the planned activities. Allowed values Plan Method Note If the group is not part of a group set, the value in this field is defaulted from Plan Method (planned activity) specified in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session. Start Address of Route The address of the starting point of the route. Allowed values Start Address of the Route Average Travel Speed The average travel speed used to calculate travel time when planning a route. Note This field is enabled only if the Plan Method field is set to Planning Based on Route. Unit The unit in which the average travel speed is expressed. Travel Offset Time The time used to calculate travel time when planning a route. Note This field is enabled only if the Plan Method field is set to Planning Based on Route. Unit The unit in which the travel offset time is expressed. Respect Earliest Start Time If this check box is selected, LN considers the earliest start time to plan the planned activities. Note For a planned activity, the planned start time must not be planned after the earliest start time. If group is not part of a group set, the value in this field is defaulted from Respect Earliest Start Time (planned activity) specified in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session. Respect Latest Finish Time If this check box is selected, LN considers the latest finish time to plan the planned activities. The Planned Finish Time cannot be planned after the Latest Finish Time. The service order activity is not planned. Note LN re-plans the route for the activity. Total Activity Duration The cumulative duration of activities for all the activity sets in the group. Total Travel Duration The cumulative duration of travel for all the activity sets in the group. Total Travel Distance The cumulative travel distance of all the activity sets in the group. Unit The unit in which the total travel duration is expressed. Initialize Populates the data in the Start Date Groups field. Initialize Populates the data in the Finish Date Groups field.
