Maintenance Sales Control (MSC)

The Maintenance Sales Control module handles depot-related logistic and financial transactions. It supports:

  • Receipt and delivery of parts to and from the depot.
  • Sale of spare parts.
  • Exchange/replacement of parts.
  • Handling of loaners (temporary replacements).
  • Warranty/contract coverage.
  • Pricing and invoicing.

The Maintenance Sales Control module registers the depot related-requests that are made by the customers to the service organization. If requests are related to repair of parts, the actual work is controlled by the Work Control System module. In the Maintenance Sales Control module you can also define the warehouse/location for item storage and movement.
