Default means of communication

If you transfer a call to the subcontractor, LN checks for the subcontractor's default means of communication, specified in the Default Messaging field on the Detailed tab of the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session.

LN first checks the ship-from BP address data for this default, next the buy-from BP address data.

If no default is found, you will be asked to select one of the following:

  • E-mail
  • Fax
  • Telephone
