Skills
Service engineers who carry
out service and maintenance tasks, and especially those who repair technical
failures, require specific service skills. These skills
can be recorded by service engineer. The service order planning system uses
this information when assigning service orders to service employees.
- The conditions of the
skills can be defined in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.
- The service engineer can
be defined in the Employees - Service (tsmdm1140m000) session.
- The skills can be
entered in the Skills (tcppl0110m000) session.
- The skills by engineer
can be entered in the Skills by Employee (tcppl0120m000) session.
- The service skills by engineer can be entered in the Service Employee - Skills (tsmdm1135m000) session.
- The experience of an
engineer can be expressed by specifying the serialized-item groups he/she is familiar with. The serialized-item groups are maintained in the Serialized Item Groups (tscfg0110m000) session.
- A preferred service
engineer can be recorded by Installation group in the Installation Groups (tsbsc1100m000) session, or by serialized item in the Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) session.
