Service Employee The code of the service employee who posseses (to some degree) the listed skills. Service Employee The name of the service employee. Skill The code of the skill possesed by the service employee. Selected from the Skills by Employee (tcppl0120m000) session. Description The description or name of the skill. Serialized Item Group The (code of the) serialized-item group to which the skill is applicable. Description The description or name of the serialized-item group to which the skill applies. Effective Date The date from which the skill is effective for an employee. This is a display field. Note The Effective date and Expiry date for the skills are defined in LN Common. LN Service uses these dates to check if a specific resource can perform the required activity within/during the planned start and planned finish time of the activity. Note If you specify effective date and do not specify expiry date, LN takes into consideration that the skills are always effective. Expiry Date The date from which the skill is expired for an employee. This is a display field. Note The Effective date and Expiry date for the skills are defined in LN Common. LN Service uses these dates to check if a specific resource can perform the required activity within/during the planned start and planned finish time of the activity. Note If you do not specify effective date and specify expiry date, LN takes into consideration that the skills are valid until this date. Skill Factor How well the employee masters the skill. A higher value indicates a higher level of expertise. If a number of employees have the required skills, LN uses the skill factor to select the most prefered employee for the task. Note Only values between 0.0 and 1.0 are allowed.
