Standard Sundry Costs (tppdm0514m000)Use this session to maintain standard sundry costs for use in actual budgets, and cost control. You can use the Project Sundry Costs (tppdm6514m000) session to list and insert project-specific sundry cost objects.
Sundry Cost The code that identifies the cost object. Description The description or name of the code. Search Key The search key associated with the cost object. Unit The unit of measurement associated with the standard cost object. Control Function The function of the sundry cost object for cost control purposes. Allowed values Control Code The control code linked to the cost object. Cost Component The cost component linked to the cost object. Cost Price The default cost price per unit, of the cost object. Compare this with the purchase price which is the price per unit, expressed in the purchase currency. Currency The currency in which the cost price is expressed. Cost Price Transaction Date The last date when the cost price was changed. Sales Price The default sales price, per unit, of the cost object. Currency The currency in which the sales price is expressed. Sales Price Transaction Date The last date that the sales price was changed. Register Progress If this check box is selected, progress for the cost object for the duration of the project can be recorded. Used in Schedule If this check box is selected, the cost object can be used in an ESP (external scheduling package). This check box gives a default setting. Billable If this check box is selected, the sundry cost object can be invoiced to the customer. Text If this check box is selected, a text is present.
