PlannedInput The total input quantity of a work center/machine for operations that is planned to be Ready to Start during the target period. ActualInput The total input quantity of a work center/machine for operations that are Ready to Start during the target period. InputCumulativeDeviation The sum of the differences between the planned input and the actual input for the current target period and all the target periods before the current one for which you have data. PlannedOutput The total output quantity that you plan to report complete, for operations at a work center/machine during the target period. ActualOutput The total output quantity that is reported complete, for operations at a work center/machine during the target period. The value of the actual output depends, among other things, on the setting of the Include Partial Completions (Default) check box in the Generate Work Center Input/Output Control (tisfc3210m000) session. OutputCumulativeDeviation The sum of the differences between the planned output and the actual output for the current target period and all the target periods before the current one, for which you have data. PlannedQueue The planned input minus the planned output of a work center/machine. ActualQueue The actual input minus the actual output of a work center/machine. Note that the queue includes active operations as well as operations waiting to be carried out. QueueDeviation The difference between the planned queue and the actual queue on the generation date, that is actual queue minus planned queue. DesiredQueueDeviation The actual queue minus the desired queue. AvailableCapacity The total capacity available, for either a day or a week, usually based on the work center calendar. DemonstratedLoad Factor Combined efficiency and utilization. The ratio of actual output to available capacity, for an operation performed at a given work center or machine. EndingDate The last day of the target period. Number of Operators The number of operators that is available on the work center. Man Hours The number of man hours that are desired on the work center, given the desired queue. Man hours = Number of operators on the work center * Desired queue Number of Machines The number of machines that is available on the work center. Machine Hours The number of machine hours that are desired on the work center, given the desired queue.
