| Cost Price Customized Items by Project (tipcs3555m000)Use this session to display the cost
prices for all customized items that belong to a specific project. You can use
this session as a starting point to analyze detailed cost prices on the cost
component level and the cost price by project. Use this session to display cost prices
by customized item. LN determines the
actual cost price per customized item, with the financial transactions in the PCS Financial Transactions by Transaction Origin and Financial Trans. (tipcs3500m000) session. All actual costs for an item are retrieved
and divided by the total quantity for that item. To start this session, in the Cost Price by Customized Item (tipcs3550m000) session, on the appropriate menu,
click Cost Price Customized Items by Project. Project A collection of manufacturing and purchasing actions that are
performed especially for a particular customer order. A project is initiated by
a customer order for items having a To Order order policy. The purpose of a project is to plan and coordinate the production
of these items. For a standard-to-order production, the project is only
used to link the item with the customer order. Otherwise, a project can
include: - Customized item data (BOMs and routings)
- Project planning (activity planning)
A budget is a special type of project. A budget is used to
plan and estimate, not to carry out production. Project Type A way to characterize projects. A project can have one of these types: - Main Project: the project structure is composed of
subprojects
- Subproject: the project is a subproject to a main project
- Single Project: the project is a stand-alone project and
is not part of a main project/subproject structure
Project Status Indicates the current progress of the project. The following
status values are available: Currency The currency in which the amounts are expressed. Estimated Number of Units The number of units in the form of material or hours, which are
included in the cost price structure for the customized item. The costs are
posted to the relevant cost price component when the estimated cost price is
being calculated for the item. Actual Number of Units The number of units in the form of material or hours, which
have been recorded as actual usage for the acquisition of the customized item.
