| Print Multilevel Cost Price Calculation (ticpr2420m000) Selection Range Price Calculation Code A specification of how a cost price, valuation price, or sales
price is calculated. The code stores specific cost calculation data. The price calculation code that is defined in the Cost Price
Calculation (CPR) Parameters determines the standard cost price. Other price
calculation codes are used for simulation purposes. The price calculation code
for customized items is stored by project. Example - Specific operation rates
- Subcontracting rates
- Simulated purchase prices
- Surcharges
Item In LN,
the raw materials, subassemblies, finished products, and tools that can be
purchased, stored, manufactured, sold, and so on. An item can also represent a set of items handled as one kit,
or exist in multiple product variants. You can also define nonphysical items, which are not held
in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to customers.
The following are examples of nonphysical items: - Cost items (for example, electricity)
- Service items
- Subcontracting services
- List items (menus/options)
Effectivity Unit A reference number, for example a sales order line or a project
deliverable line, that is used to model deviations for a unit effective item. Cost Price Calculation Date The date for which you want to print cost price calculation
data. The cost-price calculation date is
important to simulate cost/valuation price calculations on a date other than
the current date. It can lie in the future or in the past. On the basis of this
date, LN automatically
simulates the structure of the product and the routing as they exist on the
given cost calculation date. By default, LN shows the current
date. Settings Currency The currency in which the prices in the report are expressed. Calculation Options Predefined Order Quantity Main Item If this check box is selected, LN bases the cost price calculation on the predefined order quantity
of the main item. If this check box is cleared, you must enter a value in the Use Order Quantity field on which LN bases the cost price
calculation. Predefined order quantity LN retrieves the predefined order quantity from the Items - Ordering (tcibd2500m000) session, by selecting the value of one of the
following fields: LN selects the applicable quantity by using
the procedure described below. Project items If the item code's project segment contains a project, the item is a project item. For project items, the predefined order quantity is
determined as follows: Standard items If the item code's project segment is
empty, the item is a standard item. For standard items, the predefined order quantity is
determined as follows: - If the value of the Order Method field in the Items - Ordering (tcibd2500m000) session is Fixed Order Quantity, the value of the Fixed Order Quantity field is the predefined order quantity.
- Otherwise, the value of the Economic Order Quantity field is the predefined order
quantity.
Use Order Quantity The order quantity of the main item on which the cost price
calculation is based. You can only enter a value if the Predefined Order Quantity Main Item check box is not
selected. Predefined Order Quantity Sub Items If this check box is selected, the cost/valuation prices of the subitems are
based on the predefined order quantity of the sub items. If this check box is cleared, the quantity of the sub items on which LN bases the cost price
calculation is derived from the quantity of the main item. Example | | Quantity | Predefined Order Quantity |
---|
Main Item | Bicycle | 1x | 5 | Subitem | Wheel | 2x | 15 | Subitem | ... | ... | ... |
Predefined Order Quantity Sub Items check box | Result | Selected | Cost price of Wheel based on 15
items is: 100 | Cleared | Order quantity of Wheel is 5 x 2=
10 Cost price of Wheel is based on 10
items: 105 |
Details by Cost Component If this check box is selected, the details of the
cost/valuation price calculation are printed by cost component. Include Fixed Costs If this check box is selected, costs such as operation
rates or surcharges that you defined as fixed costs are printed. | |
