Publish Manufacturing Transactional Data (tibod0200m000)

Use this session to publish data from the Manufacturing package to Infor ION for transfer to other software applications.

With this session, you can transfer the following data:

Usually, you publish data from this session once. However, if errors occur during the publication process or if other software applications require a new set of data, you can rerun this session.

Before you publish the data, you can perform a simulation to identify any errors in the data.

Note
  • The tabs in this session represent the nouns in a Business Object Document (BOD).
  • Messages are delivered to all subscribers.
  • This session first publishes the production orders and then the assembly orders.

 

Options
Size

The number of records that must be simulated.

If you enter a value of 100, the first 100 records that fall within the selection criteria must be simulated.

Default value

The default value is zero, which means all records that fall within the selection range are simulated.

Company

The company range for which the data must be published.

Use Verb

Specify what is published.

Logical ID(s)

Show BODs do not use ION routes and are sent directly to other applications. Use this field to specify the logical ID(s) of the receiving application.

Logging

If this check box is selected, published BODs are logged.

Output

Specify the log output.

Allowed values

Subject BOD Logging

Single XML-file per BOD

If this check box is selected, a separate log file is generated for each published BOD.

If this check box is cleared, one log file is generated with the xml of all published BODs.

Note

This check box is only available if the Output is BOD.

Location

The server or client to which the output files must be written.

Directory

The directory on the server or client to which the output files must be written.

ProductionOrder I
ShopFloor

If this check box is selected, the session publishes production orders.

Production Order

The range of production orders.

Calculation Office

The range of calculation offices of which the production orders are selected.

Routing

The range of routings.

Production Start Date

The range of production start dates.

The production start date is the start date of the first operation.

Planned Delivery Date

The range of planned delivery dates.

The planned delivery date is the date when you plan to deliver the item that is produced by the production order.

Order Status

The status assigned to a production order, which indicates how far a production order has been processed. For example, Planned, Documents Printed, or Released.

Include Definitively Closed

If this check box is selected, the session also publishes production orders that are definitively closed.

A production order is definitively closed if all financial transactions for the order are deleted by the Delete Production Order Transactions (ticst3200m000) session.

If this check box is selected, the session publishes assembly orders.
