Assembly Line - Line Utilization (tiasl3500m000)

Use this session to display the number of orders scheduled for an assembly line, and the maximum number of orders possible for that line.

 

Assembly Line

A set of consecutive line stations in which FAS (Final Assembly Schedule) items are manufactured. The items are manufactured by passing the items from line station to line station and by carrying out operations at each line station. An assembly line is subdivided into a number of line segments separated by buffers. An assembly line can be either a main line or a supplying line.

Date

The planned offline date that the utilization data refers to.

Actual Number of Orders

The number of orders scheduled for the assembly line for the specified date.

Maximum Number of Orders

The maximum capacity in terms of orders, of the assembly line. This capacity is determined by the line mix rules.
