Business Process in Repository (tgbrg5100s000)Use this session to create and maintain business-processes. You cannot modify business processes in any version other than the current modeling version or if you have no authorization.
Business Process A set of one or more activities and states that collectively realize a business objective. Current Modeling Version The version you currently use to create and modify model items. Version A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date. Version The description or name of the version. Description The description or name of the business process. Generation Date By default, the date when the business process was created. However, all authorized users can change the date into another date. Owner An ERP user who has created a model item or version, or the ERP user who is responsible for the model or version. Owner The name of the owner. Category A division within a system of classification. Most model items can be categorized. Business Process Category The description or name of the category. Support Application One or more applications that can be linked to a business process or an activity to help the employee carry out the process/activity. Note that a support application can contain both applications and other support applications. Support Application The description or name of the support application. Expired If this check box is selected, the business process has expired and can no longer be used in the current modeling version. Repository Help If this check box is selected, a Help text is available, which provides you with further information about the business process. Diagram Status The stage in the development of a model item. Diagram Status The description or name of the status. Owner If this check box is selected, only the owner can modify the business process. Users with Tools Role If this check box is selected, only the ERP user with the Tools role that is specified in the Users with Tools Role field can modify the business process. In addition, users who have this Tools role must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business process. You can link Tools roles to a user in the User Data (ttams1100s000) session, which can be started from the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session. Note Super users have all Tools roles. Users with Tools Role Everybody If this check box is selected, every ERP user can modify the business process. Syntax Checked This field indicates whether any mistakes have been made in the current business process when it was created or modified in the Enterprise Modeler Editor. The field is set based on the outcome of the syntax/validity check in the Enterprise Modeler Editor. This field can have the following values: Last Change The date when the last change was made to the business process. Time The time when the last changes were made to this session. User The user who made the last changes in this session. User The name of the user who made the last changes in this session. Default Folder Name The folder in which the business process is imported to the Worklist Handler. Default Process Instance Name The name that the business process will receive in the Worklist Handler after it has been exported. URL Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Edit Repository Help If you click this button (or command), the Text Editor is started and you can create or maintain a repository Help text for the selected business process.
