Delete Financial Values (tffst1207m000)

Use this session to clear the Interim Financial Values table that was filled by the Export Financial Values (tffst1204m000) session. Clearing the table can be required for database management purposes.

Data-source

Select the type of data to be deleted from the interim table: the actual data, the budget data, or both.

Period Type

Select the period type to be used when deleting data from the interim table.

Note

This field is only available if Data-source is set to Actual or Both.

Selection Range
Budget

The range of budget data that you want to delete from the interim table.

Note

This field is only available if Data-source is set to Budget or Both.

Year/Period

Enter the range of years and periods for which you want to delete financial values.

Financial Company

Enter a range of companies. If the range of companies belongs to the same group company, you can delete the values of a range of companies.

Currency Position

Select the range of home currencies that must be deleted.
