Orders by Inventory Consumption Line (tdsls4142m000)

Use this session to view which orders/schedules are linked to the processed consumptions.

For example, the supplier supplied 100 items A with sales order SLS100332, and the customer performed three consumptions, of 20, 25, and 35 items. The order information is displayed in the business object fields, and the consumptions in the Consumed Quantity field.

 

Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to business partner. In a vendor managed inventory (VMI) context, this is the customer who performs the consumption or for whom the consumption is performed. In a subcontracting context, this is the subcontractor who consumes the materials supplied by the manufacturer to produce the items for the manufacturer.

Warehouse

The ship-to warehouse.

Item

In LN, the raw materials, subassemblies, finished products, and tools that can be purchased, stored, manufactured, sold, and so on.

An item can also represent a set of items handled as one kit, or exist in multiple product variants.

You can also define nonphysical items, which are not held in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to customers. The following are examples of nonphysical items:

  • Cost items (for example, electricity)
  • Service items
  • Subcontracting services
  • List items (menus/options)
Consumption Date

The date and time of the issue of the consumption in the customer's or the subcontractor's warehouse. The date can be in the past or in the future.

Business Object Type

The type of business object for which the consumption of the parent consumption line (or part of it) takes place.

Sales Schedule, Sales Order, or Purchase Order can be displayed.

Business Object

The business object for which the consumption of the parent consumption line (or a part of it) takes place, for example, SLS000001.

Business Object Reference

The business object reference for which the consumption of the parent consumption line (or a part of it) takes place, for example, 10/0.

Consumed Quantity

The consumption quantity in the inventory unit. This is (a part of) the consumed quantity of the related consumption line that is actually booked on the particular business object. A consumption line can be linked to more than one order/schedule line.

Consumed Quantity

The unit in which the consumed quantity is expressed.
