Sales Order Activities (tdsls4113m000)Use this session to view activity information for a combination of sales order, order line, order delivery line, actual delivery line, and invoice line. Activities are copied from the Sales Order Type - Activities (tdsls0560m000) session to the current session as soon as the sales order header is saved. Only the activities that are linked to the order type and that are effective on the order date are copied. An activity is effective if the order date lies between, or is equal to the activity's effective date and expiry date. Note You can start this session from the sales order header.
Sales Order The number of the sales order. Position The number used to identify the position of the order line on the sales or purchase order. Sequence Number The number used to identify in detail the position number of a sales order (delivery) line or a purchase order line (detail). Actual Delivery Sequence The number of the sales order actual delivery line. Invoice Line The number of the sales order invoice line. Activity A step that you must carry out for the purchase/sales order type. An activity represents the sessions or the manual action that you must carry our for the purchase/sales order type. Activity The description of the activity. Manual If this check box is selected, the activity is entered manually in the Sales Order Type (tdsls0694m000) session or the Sales Order Type - Activities (tdsls0560m000) session. Applicable If this check box is selected, the activity is applicable to the sales order (delivery) line. Automatic If this check box is selected, LN executes the activity automatically. If this check box is cleared, you must execute the activity manually. Execution of the order procedure activities can start when you approve the sales order. After approval of an order, all automated activities are executed successively until an activity is defined as not automatic. After you executed the non-automatic activity manually, LN executes the next automatic activity, and so on. Note If the Automatic check box is selected, the Device is also filled. Execution Sequence The sequence number, which determines the activity's execution sequence. Execution Status The activity's execution status. Allowed values Next Activity If this check box is selected, this is the next activity that must be executed for the line. Device The device that is used to print the relevant document. Number of Copies The number of copies of the relevant document that you want to print. If you print the document, the number of copies is used as a default. Note It is only useful to define a number of copies if the activity is a reporting session.
