| Pick-up Sheets (tdsls3107m100)Use this session to view pick-up sheet headers. A pick-up sheet header mainly contains business partner,
carrier, and reference data. Pick-up sheet header information is entered
when: - A sales release line - pick-up sheet is manually processed in
the Process Sales Releases (tdsls3208m000) session or is automatically
processed.
- A sales schedule line is manually created and:
- The Linked to Pick-up Sheets check box is selected for
the linked sales schedule in the Sales Schedules (tdsls3111m000) session.
- A new shipment reference is entered in the Shipment Reference field of the Sales Schedule Lines (tdsls3107m000) session.
Sold-to Business Partner Usually a customer's purchase department, the business partner
who orders goods or services from your organization, that owns the
configurations you maintain, or for whom you perform a project. The agreement with the sold-to business partner can include
the following: - Default price and discount agreements
- Sales order defaults
- Delivery terms
- The related ship-to and invoice-to business partner
Ship-to Business Partner The business partner to which you ship the ordered goods. This
usually represents a customer's distribution center or warehouse. The
definition includes the default warehouse from which you send the goods, the
carrier who carries out the transport, and the related sold-to business
partner. Shipment Reference The reference used to identify the pick-up sheet. This field is used to combine sales schedule lines from
different sales schedules into one shipment. Start Date The start date and time of the pick-up sheet. The start date is
the first date of the period to which the pick-up sheet applies. End Date The end date and time of the pick-up sheet. The end date is the
last date of the period to which the pick-up sheet applies. Carrier/LSP The company responsible for the transportation of goods to the
ship-to business partner. Sales Office A department that is identified in the company business model
to manage the business partner's sales relations. The sales office is used to
identify the locations that are responsible for the organization's sales
activities. Put on Hold If this check box is selected, the pick-up sheet is put
on hold. You cannot further carry out the sales schedule process for this
pick-up sheet. You can put a pick-up sheet on hold in the following
ways: - In the Pick-up Sheets (tdsls3107m100) session, select a pick-up sheet and from the appropriate menu, choose Put on Hold.
- In the Sales Schedule Lines (tdsls3107m000) details session, which you start by
double-clicking a pick-up sheet line in the Pick-up Sheet (tdsls3107m200) session, from the appropriate menu, click Put on Hold.
Note You can only put on hold Open Pick-up Sheets. You can undo the on hold status in the following ways: - In the Pick-up Sheets (tdsls3107m100) session, select a pick-up sheet and from the appropriate menu, choose Release Hold.
- In the Sales Schedule Lines (tdsls3107m000) details session, click Release Hold.
