The code of the subjective criterion.
You can define as many subjective criteria as desired.
Vendor Rating Subjective Criteria (tdpur8190m000)Use this session to maintain and to display subjective criteria. Note You cannot delete a subjective criterion that is used as a parent criterion. If you print questionnaires with the Vendor Rating Questionnaires (tdpur8454m000) session, the criteria maintained in the current session are used as questionnaire headings.
Criterion The code of the subjective criterion. Note You can define as many subjective criteria as desired. Parent Criterion The code of the parent criterion. If you do not enter a parent criterion in this field, the level of the subjective criterion is 0. If you enter a parent criterion, LN assigns the level of 1 or higher. Example The subjective criterion Customer service does not have a parent criterion, so LN assigns the level 0. The subjective criteria Call handling and Technical support both have as parent criterion Customer service, so LN assigns the level 1 to them. Level The level of the subjective criterion in the tree structure. LN assigns the level according to the parent criterion that is linked to the subjective criterion. Example The subjective criterion Customer service does not have a parent criterion, so LN assigns the level 0. The subjective criteria Call handling and Technical support both have as parent criterion Customer service, so LN assigns the level 1 to them. Weighting The weighting reflects the relative importance of the subjective criterion. In general it is best to enter weights in terms of percentages. For example, if this criterion is considered to have a weight of 40% in the rating, then you must enter 40 in this field. However, this weighting figure is relative to other criteria weightings.
The weights of example 1 and the weights of example 2 have exactly the same effect in vendor rating calculations. So, it is important to know the weights of the other criteria, in order to correctly set the relative importance. You can scale all criteria weights in true percentages in the Normalize Criteria Weightings (tdpur8852m000) session.
