RFQ Compare Responses Based on Amounts Grouped by Bidder (tdpur1511m300)Use this session to view the ranked bidders based on prices converted to amounts. As the amounts are grouped by bidder, the amounts for different RFQ lines can be added together. In addition, because different RFQ lines can have different units, the comparison is based on amounts and not on prices. This session is displayed as a tab in the RFQ Compare Responses (tdpur1600m100) session. Note By default, the ranking of the lines is based on the Total Amount for each bidder. You can change the ranking based on Net Amount incl. Bidder landed Costs, or Net Amount.
RFQ A purchasing document that is used as a request to bidders to submit their terms, such as price, discount, delivery time, and payment terms for delivering a (quantity of a) product. You can send the RFQ to several bidders. A bidder can submit an RFQ response for the specified items. You can record the responses, negotiate, and compare the prices and discounts that are offered by different bidders. An accepted response can be copied to a contract, an order, or a price book. Bidder The bidder who sent the response line(s). All lines included If this check box is selected, the bidder responded to all requested items. Bidders who responded to all items are ranked higher than bidders who did not. Score Actual Indicates if the amounts are actual for the bidder. If this field is set to No, the amounts are outdated for the bidder. On the appropriate menu of the RFQ Compare Responses (tdpur1600m100) session, click Recalculate Comparisons. Rank Based on Total Amount The rank number of the bidder based on the Total Amount. Low prices imply high ranking. Total Amount The sum of the total amounts including all landed costs (bidder and third party) for the bidder. Currency A generally accepted medium of exchange such as coins, treasury notes, and banknotes. The following currency types are available in LN:

Convert to Order Starts the Convert RFQs (tdpur1202m000) session in which you can convert the Accepted response line(s) to a purchase order for a bidder. Convert to Contract Starts the Convert RFQs (tdpur1202m000) session in which you can convert the Accepted response line(s) to a purchase contract for a bidder. Convert to Price Book Starts the Convert RFQs (tdpur1202m000) session in which you can convert the Accepted response line(s) to a supplier price book for a bidder. Only Accepted Responses Displays and compares the response lines with the Accepted status for the bidder. Rank on Total Amount Ranks the bidders based on the Total Amount. Rank on Net Amount incl. Bidder Landed Costs Ranks the bidders based on the Net Amount incl. Bidder landed Costs. Rank on Net Amount Ranks the bidders based on the Net Amount.
