RFQ Response - Subjective Criterion Scores (tdpur1195m000)

Use this session to assign subjective values to the subjective criteria for a response line.

Note
  • When the status of a response line becomes Responded, the subjective criteria of the RFQ criteria set are automatically inserted in this session. Next, you can link subjective values to the criteria for the response line.
  • If you do not link a subjective value, the criterion is excluded when calculating a score for the response line.

RFQ

The number of the request for quotation (RFQ).

Line

The number of the request for quotation line, which is the response line in this session.

Alternative

The request for quotation (RFQ) line's sequence number, which is greater than one if it includes an item that can be an alternative for the preferred item.

You must manually specify alternatives in the Request for Quotation Lines (tdpur1502m000) session.

Example

The sequence numbers defined in the current field, represent the RFQ lines in the most suitable alternative sequence. So, sequence number one represents the first preferable item that can be an alternative for the originally preferred item, sequence number two represents the second item that can be an alternative, and so on.
