Sales Order Line - Relations (tdcms0141m000)Use this session to link relations to sales order lines. Note More than one relation can be linked to an order (line).
Sales Order An agreement that is used to sell items or services to a business partner according to certain terms and conditions. A sales order consists of a header and one or more order lines. The general order data such as business partner data, payment terms, and delivery terms are stored in the header. The data about the actual items to be supplied, such as price agreements and delivery dates, is entered on the order lines. Reference The first extra reference by which the sold-to business partner identifies the sales order. This reference is printed on various order documents and lists. Position The number used to identify the position of the order line on the sales or purchase order. Sequence Number The number of the sales order delivery line. Actual Delivery Line Sequence Number The number of the sales order actual delivery line. Note This field reads zero if the Calculation Method is set to Sales Order in the Relations (tdcms0110s000) session. Invoice Line The number of the sales order invoice line. Note This field reads zero if the Calculation Method is set to Sales Order in the Relations (tdcms0110s000) session. Type The available options depend on the values of the Commissions Implemented and Rebates Implemented check boxes in the Commissions/Rebates Parameters (tdcms0100s000) session. Allowed values Sales Office A department that is identified in the company business model to manage the business partner's sales relations. The sales office is used to identify the locations that are responsible for the organization's sales activities. Relation A shortened term for trade relation. Relation is a collective term for an employee or buy-from business partner that is entitled to a commission, and a sold-to business partner entitled to a rebate. Relations can be grouped in a relation team for the purpose of assigning the same agreement structure. Serial Number The number that identifies the commission or rebate. Status The status of the relation. Allowed values Text If this check box is selected, text exists. Click Text Editor to create, copy, select, or view the text.
