Print Progress Report (tcuef0414m000)

Use this session to print a report that outlines the progress on PCS activities, sales order lines, installments for sales orders, purchase orders, production orders, and service order activities that are related to an effectivity unit. The progress is indicated in the status column of the report.

You can print the progress by effectivity unit or by PCS project. To print a progress report by PCS project, select By PCS Project in the Report Type field. To print a progress report by effectivity unit, select By Effectivity Unit in the Report Type field.

Select By PCS Project or By Effectivity Unit, as required.

Project

A collection of manufacturing and purchasing actions that are performed especially for a particular customer order. A project is initiated by a customer order for items having a To Order order policy. The purpose of a project is to plan and coordinate the production of these items.

For a standard-to-order production, the project is only used to link the item with the customer order. Otherwise, a project can include:

  • Customized item data (BOMs and routings)
  • Project planning (activity planning)

A budget is a special type of project. A budget is used to plan and estimate, not to carry out production.

If this check box is selected, a report is printed, which outlines the progress on PCS activities that are related to an effectivity unit.

Sales Order Lines (SLS)

If this check box is selected, a report is printed, which outlines the progress on sales order lines that are related to an effectivity unit.

Installments (INS)

If this check box is selected, a report is printed, which outlines the progress on installments for sales orders that are related to an effectivity unit.

Purchase Orders (PUR)

If this check box is selected, a report is printed, which outlines the progress on purchase orders that are related to an effectivity unit.

Production Orders (SFC)

If this check box is selected, a report is printed, which outlines the progress on production orders that are related to an effectivity unit.

Service Order Activities (SOC)

If this check box is selected, a report is printed, which outlines the progress on service order activities that are related to an effectivity unit.
