Effective Date The date and time the parameters are valid. The parameters are valid up to the effective date of a more recent parameter setting. Number Group for Terms and Conditions The default number group for all terms and conditions agreements. Step Size for Terms and Conditions The interval between successive terms and conditions lines in a terms and conditions agreement or terms and conditions template. Example If you enter the value 10, the numbers assigned to successive terms and conditions lines are 10, 20, 30 and so on. Sales Terms and Conditions Implemented If this check box is selected, the company uses sales terms and conditions agreements. Sales Series The sales series defined for the Number Group for Terms and Conditions. Sales Attribute Set The terms and conditions attribute set linked to sales terms and conditions agreements. Purchase Terms and Conditions Implemented If this check box is selected, the company uses purchase terms and conditions agreements. Purchase Series The purchase series defined for the Number Group for Terms and Conditions. Purchase Attribute Set The terms and conditions attribute set linked to purchase terms and conditions agreements. Internal Terms and Conditions Implemented If this check box is selected, the company uses internal terms and conditions agreements. Internal Series The internal series defined for the Number Group for Terms and Conditions. Internal Attribute Set The terms and conditions attribute set linked to internal terms and conditions agreements. Search Sequence for Item Transfer The method used to search for the item with the highest priority within internal terms and conditions agreements. Note If internal terms and conditions are searched for, LN first searches for terms and conditions for the preferred item. If no terms and conditions are found for this item, LN performs the search for the other item.
Remove Unused Attributes from Set(s) Removes search attributes from the atrribute set if the search attributes are not used on the terms and conditions search levels. Therefore, those search attributes (fields) are made invisible in the terms and conditions sessions.
