| Activity StatusTask For activities of the Task type, these statuses apply: Not Started Default status if the Start Date is after the current date. In Process The task is in process. This is the default status if the Start Date is before the current date. Completed The task is finished and set to completed. Waiting on Someone Else The task requires action from another person. Deferred The task is deferred.
Appointment and call For activities of the Appointment and Call types, these statuses apply: Planned Default status if the Start Date is after the current date. Held The appointment or call is held. This is the default status if
the Start Date is before the current date. Not Held The appointment or call is not held.
E-mail For activities of the Email type, these statuses apply: Completed For activities of the Mailing type, the status is set to Completed, by default.
