Activity Status

Task

For activities of the Task type, these statuses apply:

  • Not Started
    Default status if the Start Date is after the current date.
  • In Process
    The task is in process. This is the default status if the Start Date is before the current date.
  • Completed
    The task is finished and set to completed.
  • Waiting on Someone Else
    The task requires action from another person.
  • Deferred
    The task is deferred.

Appointment and call

For activities of the Appointment and Call types, these statuses apply:

  • Planned
    Default status if the Start Date is after the current date.
  • Held
    The appointment or call is held. This is the default status if the Start Date is before the current date.
  • Not Held
    The appointment or call is not held.

E-mail

For activities of the Email type, these statuses apply:

  • Draft
    The e-mail is created.
  • Received
    The Inbound e-mail is manually set to received.
  • Sent
    The e-mail is sent.
  • Completed

    For activities of the Mailing type, the status is set to Completed, by default.
