Delete Calendar Time Intervals (tcccp0223m000)

	Delete Calendar Time Intervals (tcccp0223m000) Use this session to delete calendar working hours, unavailable days, and calendar recurrence working hours of one specific calendar or a range of calendars. To fine-tune the selection criteria for the deletion of specific calendar working hours that you defined for the specified calendars in the Calendar Working Hours (tcccp0120m000) session, use the following From and To fields: Use the From and To fields that correspond with the Date field to define a period for which you want to delete calendar details. Use the From and To fields that correspond with the Availability Type field if you only want to delete calendar working hours for specific availability types. Use the From and To fields that correspond with the Working Hours Type field to delete only the calendar working hours of specific working hours types. Besides the specified calendar working hours, LN can also delete the unavailable days that you defined for the specified calendars in the Calendar Non-Available Days (tcccp0119m000) session, and the calendar recurrences that have working hours specified in the specified period. Note You cannot use this session to delete all the data of the specified calendars. To do that, complete the following steps: In the Calendar Availability Types (tcccp0150m000) session, delete the availability types of the calendar. In other LN packages that use the availability types of the calendar, delete the availability types of the calendar. You can delete these availability types in the parameter session of each involved LN package. In the Calendar Codes (tcccp0110m000) session, use the Delete icon to delete a calendar. Date Specifies the range of the period for which you want to delete the calendar details of the specified calendars. Availability Type Specifies the range of availability types for which LN must delete the calendar working hours. Working Hours Type Specifies the range of working hours types that you want to use as a selection criterion to delete calendar working hours. Delete Calendar Non-Available Days If this check box is selected, LN deletes all the unavailable days that you specified for the calendars in the Calendar Non-Available Days (tcccp0119m000) session. Note LN also deletes the unavailable days of the calendars that do not fall within the specified period. Delete Calendar Recurrences and Calendar Recurrence Working Hours If this check box is selected, LN deletes all the calendar recurrences that you specified for the calendars in the Calendar Recurrences (tcccp0144m000) session. Note LN also deletes the calendar recurrence working hours of the calendars that do not fall within the specified period. Process Report If this check box is selected, LN generates a report with information about the deleted calendar data. Error Report If this check box is selected, LN generates a report with information about errors that occur during the deletion process. Delete Click this button to delete the specified calendar data.
