| Copy Calendar Details (tcccp0222m000) Use this session to copy calendar data from one
calendar to another calendar, and/or to copy a specific set of selected
calendar data from one calendar to another calendar. To select calendar data that you want to copy
from the source calendar to the target calendar, use the following: Check box | Function | Copy Week Pattern | To copy the calendar data for specific days of a
specific week. LN copies all the calendar working hours of the specified week from the source
calendar to the target calendar. | Copy Calendar Availability Types | To copy calendar/availability type combinations
that you defined in the Calendar Availability Types (tcccp0150m000) session for a particular period. LN also copies all the calendar working hours of the source calendar to the target calendar. LN copies the availability types of the source calendar for which you did not define working hours types in the Calendar Working Hours (tcccp0120m000) session. | Copy Calendar Recurrences | To copy calendar recurrences and the corresponding
recurrence working hours that you defined in the Calendar Recurrences (tcccp0144m000) session from the source calendar to the

target calendar. | Copy Non-Available Days | To copy unavailable days defined in the Calendar Non-Available Days (tcccp0119m000) session. |
You cannot select the Copy Week Pattern check box and the Copy Calendar Recurrences check box
simultaneously. To only copy the calendar working hours from
the source calendar to the target calendar, in the Action group box,
clear all check boxes. For the specified time space in the Source
group, LN also copies
the unavailable days from the Calendar Non-Available Days (tcccp0119m000) session to the target calendar. Note You cannot copy derived-from calendar data from the
source calendar to the target calendar. Derived-from calendar data are the
lines in the Calendar Working Hours (tcccp0120m000) session that have the Derived From field
filled, which includes the following calendar data: To fine-tune the calendar data that you want
to copy, use the From and To fields that correspond with the Availability Type field and the Working Hours Type field. Copy Week Pattern If this check box is selected, LN copies the calendar data of the days that you select. In the Source group box, you
can fine-tune the calendar data that you want to copy for the selected days
from the source calendar to the target calendar. The week that you want to copy must be a
real calendar week, starting with the first day as specified in the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session. If this check box is cleared, and you do not select any other check boxes in the Action group box, LN copies the calendar
working hours of the specified time space from the source calendar to the
target calendar. Copy Calendar Availability Types If this check box is selected, LN copies the availability types that you connected to the source calendar in the Calendar Availability Types (tcccp0150m000) session to the target calendar. To copy a specific range of availability
types from the source calendar to the target calendar, use the From and To fields
that correspond with the Availability Type field. Copy Calendar Recurrences If this check box is selected, LN copies the calendar
recurrences of the source calendar and the working hours you
specified for the calendar in the Calendar Recurrences (tcccp0144m000) session to the target calendar. Calendar Code The code of the source calendar. Availability Type Specifies the range of availability types that you want to copy from the source calendar to the target calendar. Working Hours Type Specifies the range of working hours types that you want to copy from the
source calendar to the target calendar. Date Specifies the start date and the end date of the time space of
which you want to copy calendar data from the source calendar to the target
calendar. Copying of calendar data is not limited to
entire weeks. You can define shorter time spaces in the Date fields. Sunday If this check box is selected, LN copies the selected
calendar data for this day to the target calendar. This check box is available only if you
selected the Copy Week Pattern check box. Monday If this check box is selected, LN copies the selected
calendar data for this day to the target calendar. This check box is only available if you
selected the Copy Week Pattern check box. Tuesday If this check box is selected, LN copies the selected
calendar data for this day to the target calendar. This check box is available only if you
selected the Copy Week Pattern check box. Wednesday If this check box is selected, LN copies the selected
calendar data for this day to the target calendar. This check box is available only if you
selected the Copy Week Pattern check box. Thursday If this check box is selected, LN copies the selected
calendar data for this day to the target calendar. This check box is available only if you
selected the Copy Week Pattern check box. Friday If this check box is selected, LN copies the selected
calendar data for this day to the target calendar. This check box is available only if you
selected the Copy Week Pattern check box. Saturday If this check box is selected, LN copies the selected
calendar data for this day to the target calendar. This check box is available only if you
selected the Copy Week Pattern check box. Calendar Code Specify the calendar to which LN must copy the
selected calendar data. Overwrite If this check box is selected, LN overwrites the data
for the time space specified in the Date fields of the target calendar with the selected
calendar data of the source calendar. If this check box is cleared, LN copies the selected
calendar data, but does not overwrite the existing calendar data in the target
calendar. If needed, the copied records are allocated sequence numbers in the
target calendar. You cannot have records with overlapping
time intervals. Therefore, if the working hours in a source calendar record
overlaps with the working hours in a target calendar record, LN does not copy the
source record. | |
