Note Purchase order and sales order/schedule history are not only used for future analysis, but also for reconciliation, retrobilling, commissions and rebates, and statistics. To increase performance and decrease data growth, after the history records are processed for commissions, rebates, and statistics, and after the reconciliation period is closed, archive and delete the relevant purchase orders and sales orders.
