Installation process

To install the integration pack, take the following steps:

The Microsoft Project application must be closed before you start the installation.

  1. Double click the LN Project Integration Pack for Microsoft Project.exe file on the CD-ROM.

    The Welcome dialog box appears:

  2. Click Next to continue

    The Choose Destination Location dialog box appears:

    [...]
  3. Click Browse to specify a destination folder other than the default that appears in this dialog box, or accept the default and click Next to continue.

    The Select Components dialog box appears:

    [...]
  4. Select all the options for every installations. Click Next to continue.

    The Start Copying Files dialog box appears:

    [...]

    The set-up program can now install all the selected components.

    The following message can appear:

  5. Click Ignore to close this message.

    The following message can also appear:

    [...]
  6. Click OK to continue.

    The following log on screen to appear will appear if Microsoft project Client is being installed on the Microsoft Project Server. To enable this integration to work on Microsoft Project Server, follow the steps described in the installation process described till now and log on to the project server in the following login screen to update the Microsoft Project Server’s Enterprise Global Template.

  7. Click Finish to exit the wizard.
