	Load Plan Gantt Chart (fmlbd0710m000) Use this session to display a Gantt chart that gives a timeline overview of loads and shipments as well as a capacity overview of resources: transport means groups, transport means combinations, and means of transport. Depending on your selection, the Gantt chart will display active loads only, planned loads only, or both. Note You can manually define colors for the Gantt Chart to indicate load/shipment status. Gantt view The top levels in the Gantt chart are a selection of plans. For each plan the loads can be displayed and for each load the shipments in the load. The detail level enables you to move activities, loads, or shipments. If required, you can double-click a plan, load or shipment to start the corresponding session. The options on the appropriate menu enable you to plan additional freight orders and display the results in the chart. For each activity, load or shipment, the capacity usage is displayed as a percentage: For loads, this is the percentage of the load capacity in use by shipments. For shipments, this is the capacity taken up by the shipment in the load of that shipment. The capacity will be calculated for the selected physical quantity type. Schedule view The schedule view of the chart shows loads and shipments assigned to the following: transport means groups or transport means combinations means of transport Selection Range Plan Status Select Select the appropriate status: Active only Only plans that have the Actual check box selected, are displayed. Planned only Only plans that have the Actual check box cleared, are displayed. Both All plans are displayed. Note Loads or shipments of an expired plan are never displayed. Calculate Capacity If this check box is selected, you can specify a physical quantity type.. By The physical quantity type that must be used to calculate capacity. Options Show Shipments If this check box is selected, shipments are displayed as an activity. If this check box is cleared, loads are displayed as an activity. Estimated Freight Cost If this check box is selected, the estimated freight cost is displayed. Carrier/LSP If this check box is selected, the carrier is displayed. Addresses If this check box is selected, the city description displayed. Transport Means Group / Combination If this check box is selected, the transport means group is displayed. Transport Type If this check box is selected, the transport type is displayed. Combination Code If this check box is selected, the combination code is displayed. Means of Transport If this check box is selected, the means of transport is displayed. Options Colors If this check box is selected, the Color Group field is enabled and you can use colors to indicate load/shipment status. Tool Tips If this check box is selected, tool tips for load or shipment show additional detail information of a load or shipment without the need to open the details sessions. For loads, the tool tip shows: plan route information, including route plan and standard route planned capacity in all physical quantity types For shipments, the tool tip shows: service level Delivery terms start and end addresses planned capacity in all physical quantity types Color Group The code of the Chart Color Group. The colors defined in this group are used in the Gantt Chart to indicate load/shipment status. Note The color groups are defined in the Gantt Chart Color Groups (tccom5102m000) session. If no color is defined for a status, the default color is used. For this Gantt Chart, you can only select the color group of the type Freight Gantt Chart.
