Required Date Date on which the item is required according to the demand order. Required Quantity The quantity that is fulfilled for each demand order. This can be less than the required quantity for the demand order. For example, a distribution line is present for project peg A with a quantity of 10 pieces. Due to lot sizing, this line is for 10 pieces, while two demand orders are present for 8 pieces each (thus totalling 16) for project peg A.
