Using texts

You can describe special points of attention, or other remarks, in texts that you attach to entities, such as:

  • An item
  • A tool
  • A business partner
  • An invoice
  • A sales order or a purchase order
Text check box

LN selects the Text check box of records that have a text attached.

If you are authorized to use texts, you can click the Text button to read, edit, or create texts.

If you print records that have a text attached, you can choose to print the texts on the printed document.

Multiple languages

You can create multiple language versions of texts. This feature is particularly useful for documents you send to international customers.
