Where Used Audit Table Fields (ttaud3526m000)

Use this session to generate a list of the profiles in which a specified audit table field is used.

You can limit the list to profiles that contain one or more companies in a specified range.

Hinweis
  • Do not forget to click the Search button.
  • The last line in the session displays the net result for the field. When you run the Create run time Audit Definitions (ttaud3200s000) session with the current settings, the result for this field is as displayed in the last line. Note, however, that the companies are not mentioned in this session. So, unless you run the session with a Specific Company Range of only one company, you do not know for which companies the field is audited.

If this check box is cleared, the profile applies at least for the module that contains the field for which you were searching. Whether the profile also applies for other modules, is not displayed in this session.
Module
The module that contains the field for which you were searching.
Hinweis

Field Selection / All Fields
Specifies which fields are audited in the table(s).

This field has the following values:

  • All
  • Specified

In the overview session, these values are displayed in the Field Selection field. However, in the details session, this field is displayed as the All Fields check box.

Which other fields are audited in the table concerned, can be viewed in the Audit Fields by Table (ttaud3125m000) session.

Field Name
The field for which you are searching.
Hinweis

This field only occurs in the details session, which is displayed when you double-click a record.

Audit Type
The setting that defines when a field is audited.

You can choose to audit a field 'always', or only when it is 'changed':

  • If a field is audited 'always', the field is logged each time when the content of the field, or the content of any other audited field, changes.
  • If a field is audited when it is 'changed', the field is logged only when the content of the field itself changes.
Active
Displays whether the audit profile, the audit table, and the audit field are all active.

Audit profiles, audit tables, and audit fields can be Active, or Not Active. These statuses are independent of each other. The status determines whether the Create run time Audit Definitions (ttaud3200s000) converts the audit settings to run time. So, in an active profile, the settings for the active tables, and the active fields are converted to run time. Note, however, that it is not necessary to configure the audit settings on field level. If you have configured the audit settings on table level, all fields of the table are audited.

Field Name
Enter the field for which you want to search. Use the following format: ppmmmttt.ffff, for example: ttaud320.audt.

The abbreviations in this format are as follows:

  • p is used for the package code.
  • m is used for the module code.
  • t is used for the table number.
  • f is used for the field code.
Specific Company Range
If this check box is selected, the search only returns profiles that contain one or more of the companies specified in this range.
Company
A means to store data separately in LN. Every company has its own tables with its own data.

Example: An Item with Item Code "X" can be stored in the Item Master Table of several different companies. In each company this Item Code "X" can have different data.

Hinweis

Company number 000 is reserved by Infor to store the Enterprise Server (Tools) data. Several company numbers below 100 are used by Infor as demo companies or base companies. Infor advises you to use only company numbers equal to or greater than 100 to store your production data.
