Export Audit Profiles (ttaud3201s000)

Use this session to export audit profiles.

The audit profiles are defined in the Audit Profiles (ttaud3110m000) session.

Path
The path where the XML export of the audit profiles is stored.
Achtung!

The file name of the export file must also be specified in the path.

Audit Category
The audit category, which is defined in the Audit Categories (ttaud3100m000) session.
Profile
The audit profile, which is defined in the Audit Profiles (ttaud3110m000) session.
Export related Company Groups
If this check box is selected, not only the audit profiles, but also the company groups that are linked to these profiles are exported. The system that imports the export, also imports the company group definitions.

If this check box is cleared, only the profiles are exported. The relations with the company groups that are linked to these profiles are also exported, but not the company groups themselves. So, if a profile is linked to company group A, a link to company group A is also exported. But on the system that imports the profile, company group A may consist of other companies than on the exporting system.

Hinweis
  • If no company groups are linked to the profile, the settings of this profile apply to all companies.
  • What actually happens when the profile is imported also depends on the Overwrite Existing Components check box in the Import Audit Profiles (ttaud3202s000) session.
