Import Configuration Data (ttaad7202m000)Use this session to import the miscellaneous types of configuration data as exported by Export Configuration Data (ttaad7201m000) session. The source of the import can be an exported output- or stored additional file. For each data type present in the source file the full or a specific range can be selected to import. This session is of the type wizard. The session provides assistance to the user. In case no specific range is selected this session contains only one dialog box. For a personalization type of data a specific range can be selected, and additional dialog boxes are displayed with the selection options. The Next, Previous and Finish buttons navigate you through the process and are enabled/disabled according to the Specific selection on the startup dialog box. The selection options can differ for each type. Clicking Finish starts the actual import process. Any errors that occur or information about records during the import process will be printed on the Configuration Data Error report (ttaad720111000). The last printed line on the report will inform the user if the import has succeeded or failed. In LN UI the report, by default, is printed on screen. A specific import for a session/person/company/role only deletes data when this actual data is present in the export file.
File If this check box is selected, the source for the import is an output
file. Output File Specify the name of the output file (path included) to import.
The file (archive) to import is a file created by the Export Configuration Data (ttaad7201m000) session. The application version on
the import environment equals the version of the export file. Additional File If this check box is selected, the source for the import is an additional
file. Additional File Specify the name of the additional file to import. You can zoom
to the Additional Files (ttadv2575m000) session. The Additional file is present (based
on the actual package combination). Backup File If this check box is selected, a backup file of the existing data is created
before the actual import starts. Backup File Name of the backup file, path included. Click the arrow to
start the File browser. Create the backup file by running an implicit export
based on the specified selection (range). Personalization If this check box is selected, personalization data can be imported. A full

present in the file to import before inserting the new data. Personalization A specific import deletes personalization data based on the
specified selection before inserting the new data. During the process a
progress indicator is displayed and the successful/failed result of the process
is displayed. Additional range selection dialog boxes are displayed in case
this check box is selected. Conditional Formatting If this check box is selected, conditional formatting data must be imported.

sessions present in the file to import before inserting the new
data. Conditional Formatting A specific import deletes conditional formatting data based on
the specified selection before inserting the new data. During the process a
progress indicator is displayed and the successful/failed result of the process
is displayed. Additional range selection dialog boxes are displayed in case
